Old Price Breaks Disappear once Quotation is updated

Hi,

We are trying to update price breaks on a quote. We use effective dates and want to be able to look at the previous price breaks too. When I update the price, only the new updated line shows up. I dont see corresponding lines in Po_line_locations_all OR po_line_locations_archive_all either. Is there a flag or something that I am missing that is deleting these records ? How can I view all the previous price breaks too.
