print Digital Signature in RTF template PDF output in BI Publisher (12.2.3)

Hi a,

  We have requirement for one of our client to print digital signature on PDF output from a RTF template in BI Publisher, version 12.2.3.

  As a pre-requisite, we completed below:

          1. Configured digital signature certificate file .pfx file under Security Center.        

          2. Built RTF template based report with PDF Output.

          3. Provided X, Y Co-ordiniates on the report template properties under Catalog.

          4. SMTP Configuration done with Barracuda email from client.

         

   When the report was scheduled, output is generated, but got error "Unable to apply Digital Signature".

  This is critical issue, appreciate all your pointers to resolve the issue.
