Tag Count Error : No Item balance record

Hello All,

I am having issue while running Tag count in JDE. Below are the steps I followed;

Step 1 - Select Items for Tag

Step 2 - Print Tag

Step 3 - Tag count entry

Step 4 - Tag Update.

As soon as I run Tag update, it puts 600 to 700 items on NL status out of 12000 items.

I read some docs and did all the research,  everywhere they have mentioned the DMAAI error as the cause, but I don't see any issue with DMAAI as everything is setup correctly.

So, I would like to know what are the other factors which can lead to that 'NL status error.
