Changing the proxy user for JDE

Currently we use JDE as the proxy user for every new JDE account.

We have a requirement now to change it due to Audit purpose.

We will basically setup a separate Proxy ID e.g JDELOGIN, and set it up in database and E1.

And use that as the new proxy user id. Now we will also have to change the proxy id for all existing user accounts. How can we do this in bulk? any autmated UBE? so that we dont have to do this manually for the over 1000 user accounts we might have.

any oracle documents on this or any other inputs will be much appreciated.
