Res 3700 Enterprise Management long time of deployment data

Hello, All!

I have a problem with deployment changes from EM server version 5.0

For example, I change major and family group of 4000 menu items. After that I need to export changes to 135 stores. But time for export to only one store is 3,5 hours. How I can minimize deployment time w/o upgrade software? As I know, at vesion 5.5 all is fine, but I can't upgrade this server.
