Change Customer Currency

Dear Support

The company has setup a GBP base currency.

Most of our customers are also in GBP, however we need to change some of the customers  Currency from GBP to EUR .

What is the best practice here: create a new address book for and assign EUR or direct update from GBP to EUR (what would be the impact on this one)?
