Soft commit order taking into account the lot grade

We are using lotgrade to segregate markets/customers and upgrading from E1 8.12 to E1 9.2 and need to understand if below issue in 8.12 will be solved in 9.2

e.g. we have in inventory:

10 EA ItemA  Lotgrade 1

10 EA ItemA  Lotgrade 2

Orders:

Order 1 10 EA ItemA Grade from 1 to 1

Order 2 10 EA ItemA Grade from 3 to 3 (not in stock)

Order 3 10 EA ItemA Grade from 2 to 2 = goes into backorder because softcommit already reserved 20 EA (even if no Grade3 is in inventory)

Will 9.2 exclude Order2 with Grade 3 from soft commit since there is no stock with Grade3?
