Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello everyone,

The message in siebel chat is sending when I type a text in message input area and press "Enter".

Could you tell me please how I can customize pressing button "Enter" for creating a new line in chat?
