Backup RMAN Incremental Level 1 without Level 0 . 12.2.0.1

Hi all, help me to understand why

Source:

1. Primary DB

2. Standby DB

3. Backup strategy:

Primary - only Archivelog

Standby - Archivelog , L1 , L0

4. Switchover DB and BackupStrategy

Situation:

i want to make L1 backup on Primary DB:

[prim]$ rman target /

Recovery Manager: Release 12.2.0.1.0 - Production on Fri Jan 11 13:40:42 2019

connected to target database: TTEST (DBID=758912030, not open)

RMAN> show all;

using target database control file instead of recovery catalog

RMAN configuration parameters for database with db_unique_name TTEST are:

CONFIGURE RETENTION POLICY TO RECOVERY WINDOW OF 5 DAYS;

CONFIGURE BACKUP OPTIMIZATION OFF; # default
