Not able to close receivable period

Hi Dears,

Am getting below Error while am trying to close the receivables period.

ERROR: APP-AR-294571: Dec-18 cannot be closed due to some unprocessed accounting events or transferred journal entries.

So I have ran the AR request: Subledger Period Close Exception and I found 3 transactions in which one is In-Complete Adjustment and 2 are In-valid Receipts.

I can understand In-Complete adjustment is waiting for approval.

But I didn't understand why these receipts are showing as invalid in report.

I have check the receipt in which the customer account is valid and the receipt status as Cleared.

Please help.
