R12.2 Install fails at step 4 of 8 at 46%, SLES 12 x 86-64

HI All Experts,

I am running the installation on Oracle EBS R12.2.8 on SUSE 12 SP3 and I am bumping into the same error as docID 2393903.1.


Seems something is not correct on make.
