Security by Company and Cost Centers

Hello,

We are providing access to JDE for a joint venture to manage their company inside JDE.  My question is, is it possible to create a role for these user and only provide them access to that company and that company's cost centers throughout JDE without creating individual security records in the Security Work Bench?  I would like for this role to be able to run processes in JDE and and inquire on things but only things tied to that specific company and cost centers.  Also, I will have to look at restricting the reports, ie ageing, to only show the
