Rdf report is not displaying the Out put for French Language and it is getting output for Same opera

Hi Team,

The Rdf report is not displaying the output for french language and we  are getting the output for same in english language  for the same operating unit.

It is xml publisher report but it is not displaying the report in the xml also

Could you please tell we need to modify any modifcations in the rdf report
