Missing FSG Report Columns with Excel Download (Oracle EBS 12.2.4)

Greetings,

We have an FSG report that we use each month, and when we download the report to Excel, the output is missing three columns. However, when we generate the report and download as a PDF or generate as text output, the columns are visible.

We are on Excel 2016.

If someone could please assist in troubleshooting, I would appreciate it.
