'tfactl status' shows TFA status correctly on one node, but not on the others

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

Hello,

TFA (18.4.2) on our 4-node cluster shows status of TFA on all nodes correctly if 'tfactl status' command is executed on node2. If the same executed on any other node, it shows TFA on all nodes as 'RUNNING' but on node2 it is displayed as is 'NOT RUNNING'.  We tried to copy server.jks+client.jks+ssl.properties to node2 from other node, no luck.
