Siebel IP2015 and BI Publisher

Hello Everyone,

I've read a note (Doc ID 1603530.1), at the end of the note there is a sentence 

If  no XMLP responsibility appears when  trying to add them to the view,  please try to open Siebel Web Dedicated Client with parameter  "/editseeddata" and try to add responsibilities again

I am junior in Siebel, thats why I can't understand what I have to do according that advice.

Could somebody help me in it?
