what client machine/environment do I sign in to to run Environment Director to copy PD to PY (exists already)?  DEP server/Planner?  DEP server/DEP910? Dev client\PD910?

Signed in to Dev client/PD910 I see message Pkg/ESU Rec Cpy won't work
