AP-Payment-how system can permit 3 days ahead GL date for payment in payment workbench in Oralce EBS

Hi,

Pls advice how system can permit 3 days ahead GL date for payment in payment workbench in Oralce EBS,if wrogly paid then it can create concern in Bank reco, like actual payment date is 18th Jan19 in Oracle & as per Bank is 14th Jan19.
