Data Load Rule - Check data for period error

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to load data in FDMEE within our QA test environment and I'm receiving a "Check data for period mm-yyyy" error. I have the same rule in our production environment, and it's running without issue. I've compared the settings in both environments and everything is identical. Is there a key setting that I'm missing? I've attached a screen shot of the error.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
