R03B551 is not creating unapplied receipts entry (RU)

Hi,

We are facing issue in which R03B551 is not creating unapplied receipts (RU) documents. Instead it is directly applying invoices to receipts.

We do have Run Apply Receipts to Invoices (R03B50) set as blank.

It is creating RU if invoice is not available. But in case invoice is available it is directly applying receipt to that invoice even if we have processing option blank for the Run Apply Receipts to Invoices
