ORA-15308: could not access ASM SPFILE in RDBMS instance

Hello,

Apperciate your support, its a production enviroment, failure node

i cant start cluster or listner or asm instance i tried the below commands and found

the below errors and logs, i cant find from where the problem is?

Please help me solve this issue..

LSNRCTL status

The listener supports no services

When tried to startup pfile asm instance on the failure node:

ora-29701 unable to connect to cluster synchronization service

ora-25138: compatible initialization parameter has been made obsolete

0ra-32006:cluster_database initialization parameter has been deprecated

when startup asm instance
