Primavera P6 R17.12 SDK Excel File

Does anyone have a working XLS dictionary file for P6 R17.12? SDK is still supported in this version from what I have ready but it seems that the 8.1 dictionary file doesn't want to play nice. I verified it is 32 bit and that SDK is configured but when you enter the username/password and odbc connection and hit UPDATE PROJECT LIST excel crashes. Help
