Shipment number generation on OT

Hi

We are working in E9.2 and have noticed that shipment numbers are not generated on OT end for transfer orders. The shipment number is generated on ST end at time of order creation, however not SHPN not populated in the corresponding OT orders. Looked at required setups and everything looks okay. Am I missing anything or any bug reported in E9.2 ?
