Has anyone gotten TLS1.2 to work with BSSV 9.2.2.5 on Websphere 9.0.0.2 running on Windows 2016?

We are try to get a connection in RSS to a suppliers shopping cart using the standard BSSV processes provided by Oracle.  We are running JDE apps 9,1 with tools 9.2.2.5.  BSSV is running within WebSphere 9.0.0.2 on Windows 2016.  We have WebSphere setup to have the default SSL_TLSv2 protocol for quality of protection but IBM support looked as some logging I setup and says that the JDE app is using an Oracle X509TrustManger and there is no solution to allow TLS1.2 from a WebSphere perspective.  To resolve this the application code will need to be modified, either to set
