Unable to view saved connections under orchestration studio

Hi Team,

When i create orchestration connection under orchestration studio > Tools > Connections. it is visible as i have taken snip of a sample connection created.

But when clicked over the visual assist the saved connections dissapear. as mentioned in snip below.

Kindly advise what needs to be checked. Have already referred the below doc but issue didn't resolve.

Please advice solution to this issue as we have a client demo and needs to be resolved asap.
