Make clean of old ODA_BASE once for all

In order to deploy latest patchset ODA appliance 18.3 for VIRTUAL over a previous VIRTUAL 12.1.2.11 installation,

we ran the cleanup script "cleanupDeploy.pl". There is nothing left of the oda_base.

Next we re-imaged on both nodes using the OakOvm_131106.iso (patch p16186163_28000_Linux-x86-64)

But when deploy version 18.3 :

/opt/oracle/oak/bin/oakcli deploy oda_base

INFO: Validating LSI HBA PCI Cards on node 0

INFO: Validating LSI HBA PCI Cards on node 1

ERROR: Odabase is already deployed

INFO: Please clean the odabase before redeploying.

I tried various clean - remove all files in /OVS and /opt/oracle/oak/conf but to no avail.
