Benefits Billing and W-2 12DD
We have retirees that receive health benefits but are not paid. Our current process is to create a $0 check that causes the premiums to go into Arrears and manage the billing outside of HCM.
We are interested in utilizing Benefits Billing, but upon reading as much as I can in the PeopleBooks I have not seen if the Benefits Billing records will pass to box 12DD on the W-2; or if not, if there is an available process to transfer those from Benefits Billing records to Deduction balances so it will hit a W-2.
Can anyone provide some insight on a delivered process/solution? Thanks!
