How to make grid format default for all the users, w.r.t. to a version

Hi,

I am following the given below process to make the grid format as default for that version for all the users:

1. Create a grid, name it.

2. Approve and share the grid.

3. Add the grid in an OMW project check in and checkout.

4. Promote the grid to higher environments.

However, I am able to view the grid in the higher environment but it is not default.
