Latest Orachk 18.4.1 fails with Indexerror

Customer is using latest version of TFA and orachk standalone:

[oracle@abbtestora02.abb.cloud.opentext.com /Export/DBA_TOOLS/orachk]$ ./orachk -v
ORACHK  VERSION: 18.4.0_20181129


[oracle@abbtestora02.abb.cloud.opentext.com ]$ /Export/DBA_TOOLS/TFA/tfa/tfa_home/bin/tfactl -version
TFA Version : 184200
TFA Build ID : 20190102120706

 

 

Both failing with the same error -

 

[oracle@abbtestora02.abb.cloud.opentext.com /Export/DBA_TOOLS]$ /Export/DBA_TOOLS/TFA/tfa/tfa_home/bin/tfactl orachk -a
Using Orachk : /Export/DBA_TOOLS/TFA/tfa/tfa_home/ext/orachk/orachk
