If you run process PYYEW2 more than once, which one will the Self Service process pick up?

We ran the PDF W-2 process, then had to make a change and ran again.  We want to ensure that only the last processed PDF's are pushed to self service.  However there is no option to choose which run to use.  Will it only use the last processed PDF's?
