Critical Patch Update - January 2019

Hi Everyone -

I'm still fairly new to the ODA world and I inherited an X7-2-HA system that is running v.12.2.1.4 (bare metal).  My understanding is that I cannot apply the critical patch update(s), but have to wait for the ODA patch bundle to be delivered, which for 12.2.1.4 would be the 18.1.3 bundle that was released a few weeks back.  Is this correct?
