P12120 Meter Entry & P12120U Speed entry generating warnings when tolerance checking is enabled

In 9.1 & 9.2 when Tolerance Checking is enabled for Speed or Standard meter entry, does anyone else get the Tolerance Warning, regardless of if the Tolerance is exceeded or not? We've tested in a client 9.1 environment our 9.2 DV and 9.2 Cloud and it behaves the same way for any meter (Hours or Odometers). It throws the soft error even if it's not even close. Checked all the ESU's and bugs but didn't come up with anything. Are we missing something?
