Trouble Manually Adding a Transaction to My Wallet

Hi,

We are implementing EX 9.1, and are having a problem.  We use Citibank Visa, and interface cardholder and transaction data.  We have a user with a valid Visa card showing in his Employee Profile.  He has some Visa transactions in his My Wallet.  However, he tried to add a Visa transaction to his My Wallet, but doesn't see his credit card to select.  Please see the attachment.  I'm sure we missed something in the module configuration, but I can't find it.
