ORACLE ERP CLOUD CHANGE ITS TLS PROTOCOL ISSUE

Help meee!!!!!!!!, i Have Database Schema service and a oracle ERP CLOUD, I have an app in apex that extract data from erp ,but it stop working because it cant connect with erp, I checked and TLS changes from 1.0 to 1.2 and I dont know why.
