Autovue functionality on Unifier Cloud

Hello community !

We had worked in the past with Autovue in an on-premise version. Now a days this product it is also available in the cloud version of Unifier but we have found that the functionality is different from the on-premise. We cannot use the Markup functionality that allows you to generate layers of commentaries. We are not sure if it is a non desired behavior or the version included is less powerful because the only information that we can find is only about that the version included in cloud is the 2D instead of the 3D. Please, anyone has more information
