Error when sending MS project to Oracle

Hi,

When we are trying to send a MS Project to Oracle and we are getting an Error message saying "Object Variable or With block variable not set" and after hitting the okay button another error message appears telling "You do not have permission to access to Functionality". This is the First time we are trying MS project Integration.

Can someone please help me with this.
