Cannot autocreate PO due to invalid ship to org ID

I have created a brand new entity and completed the setup. I am testing iproc now, and my requisition is approved, however the createpo workflow says creation failed for the PO. When I go to auto create and try to create it from there, I get a message saying that the PO cannot be created due to the ship to org id being invalid.

I have checked my setup and the location for the new office seems to be valid, Im not sure where else to check or what else could cause that error?

Any ideas would be appreciated
