Delete Invalid Records HFM feature
Hello everybody! Can somebody explain me following questions:
1. What for "Delete Invalid Records" feature? I mean is this feature for normal work with metadata or this feature for to fix glitches of working with metadata?
2. Why do invalid records occur?
3. How can (or should) I prevent invalid records occurring?
4. Can our user really lost HFM application financial data and then make closed IFRS reports of old periods as invalid?
I see this situation periodically in our HFM application. I scan and then delete them but they still occur periodically and I was need to delete them again.
For example I see new portions of invalid records in HFM application and it makes me nervous. I don't understand what is ACCOUNT::1770? I don't see any account with this ID or Description in our HFM application metadata.
