Solaris 11.4 Zones Unable to determine which boot environment to activate.

I have 2 Solaris 11 Global zones one at 0.5.11-0.175.3.31.0.6.0 - ie. Solaris11.3_SRU31.0.6

The other at 11.4-11.4.2.0.1.3.0 i.e. Solaris11.4_SRU2.3.0.

I am trying to move a Solaris 11.3 native zone which was created on the Solaris11.3_SRU31.0.6 global zone over to the Solaris11.4_SRU2.3.0 global zone.

Unfortunately I have to leave the Solaris 11.3 global zone as it is as I have some older Solaris 10 branded zones with an application which doesn't seem to work on the new Solaris 11.4 zone.

However, we want to move the Solaris 11.3 full root non-global zone which is located on shared storage over to the Solaris 11.4 global zone and upgrade it.
