Orchestrator - Select some lines (not all) in a grid

Hello Community.

I just want to confirm a thing, because I believe that is not possible. Is there a way to select just some lines in a bunch of lines in a grid? For example, the grid has 4 lines, and I just want to select the 1st and the 3rd line. I guess that it's not possible because the "Orchestrator Guide" doesn't mention it, but I like to endorse it.
