Can AGIS be implemented to support intercompany transactions across multiple R12 production instance

We have multiple R12 production instances. One for each region - for example, North America has its own Oracle R12 production instance, Asia has its own R12 production instance. Is it possible to iplement AGIS to manage intercompany transactions across various businesses between North America and Asia?
