GLTTRN: Translation - not translating data for certain periods

Hi,

We're using R12.1.3. We set up a new value last year in our GL Accounting Flexfield and have since had balances appear for that value in the GBP Ledger, starting in e.g. Period50-2018 (we have weekly periods).

Unfortunately the "Translation" for that GL value was not run back in 2018, it was only run at the start of 2019, with the "Target Currency" parameter value set to "EUR" and the "Period" set to "Period50-18"

If we do an Account Inquiry for that GL value in GBP, we can see balances, starting in Period50-2018.

If we do the same for the EUR Ledger, we can only see balances from 2019 onwards, e.g. Period01-2019 and Period02-2019.
