We are having issue in Expense reports amounts on accounting entries and posted in commitment control.
We have 2 levels of approval. Example is as below
Step 1 - Expense report created for 1400 INR and exchange rate is 70 so USD amount is $20
Step 2 – Budget check ER and approved by approver 1 (we have budget checking before approval). $20 posted in commitment control
Step 3 – Change in exchange rate to 71 (from 70)
Step 4- Approve ER by approver 2. After second level approver USD amount get changes as per new exchange to $19.71 and same is posted to GL through accounting entries.
So now there is difference of GL (19.71) and Commitment control amounts (20)
