Re-image X7-2S to baremetal - how do I know it was successful?

I am using Model X7-2S with factory version 12.2.1.1.0. I have followed instructions in Note 1373599.1 to reimage X7-2S to baremetal 12.2.1.4.0. How do I verify it was updated successfully? I'm not sure if this means anything, but I still get:

[root@test ~]# cat /opt/oracle/oak/pkgrepos/System/VERSION

version=12.2.1.1.0
