Assign Item Template to already assigned Item

Team,

We have used an API:EGO_ITEM_PUB.ASSIGN_ITEM_TO_ORG to assign existing item to new inventory organization. We have an additional requirement to assign the Organization specific attributes using Item Templates to the above item. Do we have any API to achieve the same? Please share some insights around the same.
