Depot Repair - Item is not selectable in Repair Estimate

Hello,

Item "XYZ" is defined in "LDS" Inventory Org (Belongs to Germany Org). This Item is not select able in Depot Repair > Repair Estimate > Item 

For testing I have assigned the Item "XYZ" to "SER" Inventory Org. After assigning the Item to "SER", it is available for selection in Repair Estimate.

But "SER" Inventory Org belongs to Different Org.

Please help with fixing this issue.
