Limited Restriction of User(s)

Dear Experts,

Is there any method to restrict the Business Users to view the data pertains to their allotted (Balancing Segments) units in payables module.

To go in detail of the requirement say there are 100 users of which couple of users(50) belongs to Balancing segment 1, 10 belongs to Balancing segment 2 and 40 belongs to both balancing segment 3 and so on..

The User(s) of Balancing segment 2 should not be able to see the data of Balancing segment 1... so on..

Can anyone please through some light on this..
