JDE - Data Access Driver (DAD) with BI Publisher 11g

Hi,

We are in process of Installing BI Publisher Enterprise edition to integrate with JDE (OVR).
We are following below steps to configure BI with JDE.
Implementation Steps for Data Access Driver (DAD) with BI Publisher 11g and Above (Doc ID 1331667.1)
Step 5: Download Data Access Driver
Unable to locate Data Access Driver driver with JDE Tools Release Number we have i.e 9.2.2.4 on update center.

Will it be available on edelivery and what will be path.

JDE 9.2
Tools Release 9.2.2.4
Platform Oracle Linux 7.3
Oracle Database 12.1.0.2.0
