Implementing custom ad-hoc approval on Fluid page

Hello,

We are implementing AWE in our system on on of our Fluid page. We are able to achieve 1 level approval however when we are trying for ad-hoc approval in that then + sign on approval monitor is coming as displaying only. Does anyone has faced this issue?

Please help!!
