Enterprise Performance Management System Workspace System View

Hi, I'm trying to setup Journal Allocations for the first time in Oracle R13. The Oracle videos to walk through this process show Essbase as the top value in System View when I go into the Calculation Manager, but I only see General Ledger Balance Cubes. Do I need to run a process to have Essbase included in my System View?
